As a Doula, I do the best that I can to Educate and Empower my clients so that they can feel confident they are making the very best decisions for themselves and their families.  

Childbirth Education & Homebirth Preparation

 

This class is geared towards families who have chosen to give birth at Home. In detailing the Practical, Mental, Emotional, Physical & Physiological Elements of Undisturbed Birth we will explore how to Honor our bodies and Empower the unique Hormonal Cascade that unfolds during the Uninterupted Birth Process.

 

Class Includes:

  • Nutritional Needs Third Trimester - 6 weeks postpartum

  • Breathwork & Meditations

  • Experiential Comfort Measures for Birth Partners

  • Birth Kit

  • Setting up for Birth

  • Labor & Birth

  • Breastfeeding

  • Newborn Care

Childbirth Education & Hospital Preparation

 

This class is geared towards families who have chosen to birth in the Hospital setting. Detailing the Practical, Mental, Emotional, Physical & Phsiological Elements of Birth we will explore how to Honor & Empower our bodies while Protecting the unique Hormonal Cascade that unfolds during the Normal Physiological Birth Process when birth takes place at the Hospital.

 

Class includes:

  • Nutritional needs Third trimester - 6 weeks Postpartum

  • Breastfeeding

  • Writing the Birthplan

  • Packing the Birth Bag

  • Breathwork/Meditations

  • Experiential Comfort Measures for the Birth Partner

  • Medications

  • C-section
