Here is where I come to share my experiences as a Birth & Postpartum Doula, in addition to my journey as an Apprentice Home Birth Midwife.

I want to use this as a way to interact more with all of my communities.

I feel driven to create a space full of sanctuary, light, laughter, nourishment, inspiration and empowerment for not only myself but for those whose paths cross mine.

Im thrilled to get to share with you this new voice that I have found inside myself!

I want to gift you with Nourishment in the forms of information and recipies.

I want to introduce you to people and concepts that have impacted my thoughts, rituals and perspectives in so many ways.
